Our phone password is not working for me to access voice messages.

You can access voicemail and update your settings for the PIN from the portal at https://login.phonebooth.com.
Click on Users Tab

1. Click the User you wish to modify

2. Scroll down to Change Voicemail PIN and update

3. Save User


You should be able to access voicemail with the updated PIN now.
