Steps to Resetting a Users Password

If you're an Office Administrator, you will see the "Users" tab in your top row of options

To reset the password for a User, simply click this tab then find the User you wish reset.  Click that User or click the "Edit" icon to the far right .  The easiest method to reset and ensure your user is properly setup, is to send a new Welcome Email.

Another option, if your User suspects a possible compromise or simply forgot it but usually has access with no issues, is to Force Password Reset.

It's usually a good idea to check the "Automatically send recover email after password reset" box if your User is expecting this.  The email will prompt for a change immediately.  Be sure to confirm the email is correct above the "Send Welcome Email" button before sending.
