Updating Phone Timezones

Office Admin Portal Process

As an Admin in the system, changing the Time Zone for any user's phone and how it displays is easy.  Log into your Office Admin portal, then click on the Users Tab

Choose the user you would like to update, then under their Profile section

you'll note Timezone as a dropdown selection.

Change this to your desired Timezone, then hit save

Now, have your end user power cycle their phone.  The new time will show up on that phone once it pulls down the new config from the system.

User Portal Process

For any standard user to update their timezone, simply log into your portal, then click your name in the top right corner and select "Profile"

The Profile page will open at that point to show Timezone as an option for your user.

Choose the Timezone you wish to be updated to and hit Save.  Then, Power cycle your phone and the time will be updated accordingly.
