I need to change my extension. How do I do it?

To change the extension number, you will need to delete the current extension and add the user back with the new extension. We don't have a way to just change the extension number. Doing this will delete any current voicemails you may have saved and the voicemail greetings.

Once you create the new extension, you would need to assign the phone to that extension. To do that, you would go to the Inventory tab and go into Phone Hardware. Find the phone you need to update in the list and click the edit button on the far right. Erase the old extension from line 1 and enter the new extension and then save. Once saved, reboot the phone so it will update its configuration.
