Need help registering yealinks w73h

Long press the registration button on the base station till the registration LED flashes. It looks like a wifi symbol On the handset, do one of the following: Press the Reg soft key on the handset to register quickly. Press OK > Register Handset and then select the desired base to register the handset. Press OK > Settings > Registration > Register Handset and then select the desired base to register the handset. Resetting the handset may be required to register to the base.
