How to turn off Ringing while already on a call with the webphone app.

We often experience days that are busier than others.  When things get hectic, what we DON'T need is the webphone app RINGING constantly while you're already on a call!  That will drive most folks nuts!  We have a solution for YOU!  Follow these steps to setup your webapp webphone to keep those pesky RING Tones at bay.

First, open your webphone.  On the left side of the application you will see the following.  Navigate to the wrench or Settings area and click
 

This will open to the following where you will choose to disable "Call Waiting Tone"


And you're done!  No more ringing in your ear while you focus on the call you're on.
