How to delete Call Recordings

Call recordings, if enabled, cannot be deleted. They are stored for a limited time frame, then purged from the user's view. If you would like to have voice recordings removed before they can be purged, please open a ticket with support@usipcom.com and disable future voice recordings.

Voicemail recordings CAN be deleted by the office administrator or the user on a case by case bases by the customer.
