How do I port a number in to our Phonebooth account?
To port a number over to Phonebooth, please reach out to
support@phonebooth.com to receive an LOA form. You will need to fill out the LOA form, which will include the number being ported, your current account information from the losing carrier, and a current invoice showing the number to be ported.
Porting takes from a day up to a week to complete.
