How do I check a call queue's voicemail?
Call Queues are system extensions. If you don't specify a destination by setting the in queue option to "forward to destination" and just "send to voicemail", it actually puts it on the queue system user.
- So first, to view anything like that, you would have to go to your user's page, click on the view system users at the bottom, then masquerade as that queue user to view the vm.

Second, if they need to go to a specific extension, I'd probably recommend changing the destination in the in queue options to the voicemail of whatever extension needs to get the voicemail.
So for example, if billing needs to go to a specific user, just set the destination of that queue's final destination to that user's voicemail box.
You can set that option to "forward to destination" and put the user's voicemail option in there.
